Privacy and Terms

Confidentiality of client information

YME Everyday Solutions LLC maintains a professional duty of care over every record entrusted to the company. This statement sets out how client information is received, used, protected, and retained.

Our obligation

Sensitive information is treated as confidential

Clients and property partners share personal, household, financial, housing, and benefits information so the company can perform its work. That information is confidential.

What we collect

Depending on the matter, the company may receive identification, contact details, household composition, income and benefit records, leases, notices, agency correspondence, and other documents required to prepare a file. Information is collected only as needed for the engagement.

How it is used

Client information is used to understand the matter, prepare and organize documents, communicate with the client, and complete the agreed services. It is not used for unrelated marketing, and it is not sold.

Who may see it

Access is limited to personnel working on the matter. Information is not disclosed to outside parties except in these cases: the client directs the disclosure, a filing or agency submission requires it, a property partner is part of the engagement and the client has authorized that coordination, or disclosure is required by law.

How it is protected

Files are kept in a controlled manner, reviewed for accuracy before submission, and discussed only in connection with the work. The company does not leave client records in unsecured channels and does not share them casually with third parties.

Retention

Records are retained for as long as needed to complete the engagement, respond to follow-up from an agency or partner, and meet ordinary business record-keeping needs. Clients may request the status of their file by writing to the company.
